Composition :

Growing method :
- Sow the seeds: Open the bag and pour the seeds into your hand. If they are too small, add sand to facilitate sowing. To sow, sprinkle seeds onto moist, loose soil, 2 to 3 seeds maximum per pot. Save the remaining seeds for later sowing, or sow them directly in your garden or on your balcony when the weather is fine. Gently cover seeds with fertilized soil and dab lightly.
- Watering: Ideally, use rainwater or filtered (chlorine-free) water. Prefer light rainfall watering, ideally using a hand-held sprayer, to keep the soil just moist, without waterlogging, throughout the growing season. Water the soil, not the leaves, as this can cause disease in young vegetables. Think of the soil as a damp sponge that is then drained.
- Germination: Expose to sunlight behind glass, without placing on top of a heater, to encourage rapid and abundant germination. When the seedlings emerge and reach 3 to 5 cm in height, select just one plant per pot and transplant the others into new pots or planters, always maintaining warmth and humidity for these plants. Take care not to break stems or roots when transplanting. Harvest: Ying Yang beans are ready to harvest around 2-3 months after sowing, when the pods reach their maximum size, but before they become too hard. Take care not to damage the mother plant, and gently pull the pods from the plant.
