Ferments for acidifying milk ( 1 sachet of 5gr per litre at 20°c) and Presure (1 sachet of 2.5ml per litre) for clotting it before moving it into your mould

Composition:

  • 3 natural presure bags 2.5 ml + 3 lactic ferment bags 5 g

  • natural origin strains

  • non-GMO guarantees

  • absence of gluten (0.5% notrogenic)

  • absence of risk TSE

  • absence of major allergens as defined by Directives 2003/89/EC, 2004/67/CE and 2005/63/CE, produced in France

Conservation of presure and lactic ferments:

3 months after delivery and storage in the fridge.

Ingredients packed in a workshop that uses: soy, nuts, peanuts, celery, sesame, mustard, gluten and lactose.
